Application RegistrationApplicants must be currently working in one of these countries: Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Morocco, Serbia, Tunisia or Ukraine. Applicants are either currently engaged in research for a doctoral thesis OR already hold a PhD and have at least one published paper in an international scientific journal (cited in Scopus). Furthermore, PhD holders either must have obtained their PhD less than six years ago or must be below 40 years of age on the 31 December 2023.
